  5 PM – 2 AM IST

  shift, aligning your peak energy with the business hours of our LATAM clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Speed-to-Lead:

   Execute our 5-minute response mandate. You are the first point of contact for every hot lead entering the LATAM ecosystem.

2. High-Volume Outreach:

   Manage 100+ touchpoints daily across calls, emails, and high-impact WhatsApp sequences.

3. Discovery & Qualification:

   Conduct diagnostic discovery calls to identify pain points and ensure only "ready-to-buy" prospects reach our AEs.

4. CRM Integrity:

   100% pipeline hygiene. Every interaction, follow-up, and "next step" must be documented in the CRM. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.

5. Regional Strategy:

   Adapt the Eazybe pitch to fit the cultural nuances of Brazil and the wider LATAM region, emphasizing trust and localized ROI.

Requirements

• 3–4 years

  of experience in B2B SaaS Sales/SDR roles.

• Fluent/Native Portuguese

  + Excellent English communication.
• Proven experience selling into

  Brazil or the LATAM market.

• Mastery of

  CRM tools

  (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Comfortable with a

  Hybrid

  work model and the

  5 PM – 2 AM IST

  shift.
