Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Home Loan/LAP/Micro Business Loans, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing defaults.
Conduct thorough credit assessments, appraisals, and underwriting for new loan applications.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify cross-sell opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay updated on industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in Portfolio Credit Management (Home Loan/LAP/Micro Business Loan).
Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
Ability to analyze complex financial data to make informed lending decisions.
