About the Role

We are seeking a Political Content & Marketing Specialist who combines strategic insight with creative execution skills. The ideal candidate must have a sharp understanding of Indian political campaigns, voter psychology, and digital narratives — while also being able to design quick graphics, edit reels, and push out content rapidly to stay ahead in the political game.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Execution

• Design and manage content calendars for political campaigns.

• Craft engaging posts, memes, and reels that resonate with voters.

• Translate political issues, promises, and achievements into impactful stories.

• Creative Production

• Independently create graphics, short videos, and reels using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premier Pro, or similar.

• Adapt content quickly for breaking news, trending issues, or party communications.

• Political Insights & Strategy

• Deeply understand Indian politics, party positioning, and public sentiment.

• Analyze competitor campaigns and trends to develop counter-strategies.

• Design narratives that positively shape public opinion and strengthen credibility.

• Social Media Management

• Run multi-platform campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp).

• Monitor analytics, engagement, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and impact.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in political/social media campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of political strategy and voter behavior.

• Proven ability to design graphics and edit reels/videos independently.

• Skilled in copywriting, political storytelling, and digital persuasion techniques.

• Proficiency with design and video tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).

• Ability to deliver fast-paced, high-pressure, election-style content.

Desirable

• Prior work experience with political leaders, parties, or consulting agencies.

• Multilingual ability (English + Hindi/regional languages).

• Familiarity with memes, viral trends, and issue-based political messaging.
