Job Title: Political Campaign Manager

Location: Bihar

Experience: 2–5 Years in Political Campaigning or Political Strategy

Job Description:

We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Political Campaign Managers to join our political operations team in Bihar. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about political strategy, grassroots mobilization, and public communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in political campaign planning and execution, with a deep understanding of the local socio-political landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies at constituency and district levels

• Coordinate with party leadership, candidates, and local workers to ensure smooth execution of campaign activities

• Manage campaign events, rallies, outreach drives, and media engagements

• Supervise on-ground teams, volunteer coordination, and voter mobilization programs

• Monitor public sentiment, analyze voter data, and adjust strategies accordingly

• Oversee digital campaigns, social media outreach, and content development

• Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and feedback from field teams

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in political campaigning, public relations, or grassroots mobilization

• Strong understanding of Bihar’s political and cultural context

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Hindi and regional dialects preferred

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned constituencies

• Prior experience in managing teams and working under high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, or Mass Communication

• Experience with data analytics tools or political survey management is a plus

• Strong network with local political stakeholders and influencers
