The firm is headquartered in Pune, India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Political Campaign Manager based in Pune. The role involves overseeing election campaigns from planning to execution, developing strategic campaign plans, managing communication strategies, and working closely with clients and teams to ensure campaign goals are met. The Political Campaign Manager will coordinate multiple stakeholders, track project progress, analyze campaign data, and ensure deadlines and budgetary requirements are achieved efficiently. Qualifications Skills in Campaign Management and extensive experience handling various types of political campaigns Strong abilities in Communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relations and guide teams effectively Proficiency in Project Management to organize and oversee campaign operations seamlessly Experience in Sales or campaign fundraising is advantageous Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential Familiarity with political strategies, electorate behavior, and governance frameworks is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to dynamic challenges
