Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Political Campaign Manager for theVadakara. This is a field-intensive role requiring direct engagement with constituents, political leaders, and community stakeholders to drive effective campaign strategies and messaging

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations Management: Lead on-ground campaign activities and coordinate with local political machinery⁠⁠​
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with voters, political leaders, and community representatives
• Strategic Communication: Develop compelling political narratives and messaging around developmental initiatives in Kerala
• Story Development: Create authentic stories that resonate with local issues and developmental progress
• Team Coordination: Manage campaign teams and volunteers across the constituency
• Event Planning: Organize political rallies, community meetings, and public engagement programs

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest in Kerala's political landscape and developmental issues
• Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills
• Experience in field-based work with direct public interaction
• Understanding of local political dynamics and governance structures
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Ability to work in challenging field conditions and irregular hours

Preferred Experience

• Background in political campaigns, social work, or community organizing
• Experience with constituency management and voter engagement
• ⁠⁠​Knowledge of Kerala's developmental programs and government initiatives
• Skills in social media management and public relations⁠⁠​
