Job Description

As a professional responsible for the periodic review and modification of DA Board policies and Pool selection criteria, your key tasks will include: - Preparing the Monthly dashboard and quarterly health review of the portfolio to ensure effective monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators. - Engaging in management discussions with Banks/NBFCs proposing to sell pools to understand sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, and collection processes. - Fixing and reviewing pool criteria for different products and sharing them with Banks/NBFCs to align with YBL requirements. - Reviewing the Loss Estimation Reports provided by Rating agencies to assess potential risks accurately. - Preparing Portfolio cuts and pool Characteristics for IOM for approval, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. - Coordinating with Banks/NBFCs for due diligence processes, including location, file reviews, and necessary support. - Monitoring portfolio performance product-wise, identifying key indicators, and engaging with originators to address delinquency trends effectively. - Engaging with internal stakeholders like Business, Credit, and Operations, as well as external stakeholders, to resolve queries and review points efficiently. - Tracking exceptions and deferrals taken by Business and following up for timely closures. - Collaborating with Compliance, Governance, and Internal Audit for data submissions and resolving queries and clarifications promptly. What we are looking for: - Good understanding of Retail Asset products such as Mortgages, Vehicles, Microfinance, and unsecured loans. - Strong knowledge and experience in analyzing large datasets to derive meaningful insights. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. - Ability to take complete ownership of assigned activities and deliver results efficiently. - Pro-active and flexible approach to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. Qualifications and Experience required: - CA/MBA qualification. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience for Manager/Senior Manager roles and 5-10 years for AVP positions in Retail Asset products, Securitisation, Credit, Sales, or Operations.,
