Corrects erroneous contracts and ensures decisions are within guideline limitations. With these loans, proper documentation, write ups and communications are required for each individual application. All decisioned loans are maintained in the individual portfolio and monitored monthly. Underwriters are responsible for the loans until paid in full. Underwriter will accept responsibility for keeping portfolio within controlled limits. Ensures all exceptions are well founded, with supporting documents and detailed write ups, within the application.
