We specialize in building strategy via policy dialogue, operational assistance, resilient design, intelligence, and evidence-based decisions. We serve a diverse clientele, including state governments, national political parties, district administrations, educational institutions, law firms, research firms, impact investment entities, non-profit organizations, voluntary groups, and influencers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Satara for a Policy & Governance Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting policy research and analysis, supporting governance initiatives, assisting with political campaigns, and engaging in media communications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, drafting policy briefs, supporting strategy development, and providing operational assistance to various projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills for conducting policy analysis and research
  • Experience in policy dialogue, operational assistance, and strategy development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, policy briefs, and media communications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data-tech and evidence-based decision-making
  • Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Governance, or related field
  • Passion for inclusive democracy and development
