Job Title:

Overview:

• Fabricating prosthesis leg made in both 3D printer and conventional way.
• Advanced technology jobs like 3D printer operation and maintenance. 
• Production work like polishing, assembling, paint, maintenance and repair of prosthetic legs and other prosthetic/Orthotic devices
• Checking of inventory of items and parts and order whenever necessary.

• Advanced technology job like 3D printer operation and maintenance
• Operation of 3D printers to print prosthetic parts : The operations include data preparation, material installation, tape replacement, height adjustment, etc.
• Timely maintenance of 3D printers and related parts.
• Making arrangement and preparation of prosthetic/orthotic devices for test fitting and final device delivery.
• Production work like polishing, assembling, coloring, maintenance, and repairs of prosthetic legs and other prosthetic/orthotic devices
• Preparation for test fitting process : Grind prosthetic parts with machine tools, fixing with chemical putty and assemble parts following the procedure
• Adjust the socket with a heat gun or machine tools
• Keep and upload to our database some records of the prosthesis after the test fitting 
• Bond and reinforce prosthetic leg parts using resin
• Cleaning up the final goods body
• Product inspection for quality validation
• Painting the prosthesis with coloring spray
• Check the inventory of items and parts and order whenever necessary. 
• Manage the inventory of the production department.
• Check the stock of items and make a list for items to be purchased.
• Get the quotation from suppliers and make purchase order requests.
• Check the delivery of items.
• Workspace management 
• Regular Cleaning
• Inspection and inventory management of materials such as filament(3D printer material), and prosthetics/orthotics parts.
• Management and maintenance of tools
• Performs other duties as assigned by the superiors
• Make suggestions for improving operations in this position's role or beyond this role.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience in manufacturing industry. Prior experience of working in a Prosthetics and Orthotics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work 
• Knowledge on resolving functional issues arising in the course of a project
• Good verbal and written communicator in English, Hindi 
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision 
• Standard computer skills: Word, Excel, email, online communication tools (slack, etc.) 
• Flexible with working hours.

Salary:

25, 000 - 30, 000 INR per month CTC
