Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the region, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Key responsibilities include setting and meeting sales targets, developing and implementing regional strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves coordinating with other regions and headquarters, handling customer relations, and driving growth and expansion within the region. Making and reporting of work reports (like daily reports) Documents and maintains patient records including the details of components and techniques used in the fabrication of the device provided There will be a month-long training to understand the method and operation of our company procedure to make prosthetic legs. Survey and negotiate with India prosthesis part suppliers As clinical Prosthetic & Orthotic, participate in the advanced work like attending meeting with medical partner Oversee the management and operations of a client organization engaged in providing artificial limbs ensuring smooth transfer of knowledge and expertise in the digital fabrication process. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of digital fabrication techniques, including training and knowledge transfer to optimize the production and delivery of artificial limbs to clients Qualifications With master’s or bachelor or diploma degree of Prosthetic & Orthotic Minimum 3 years practical experience as a Clinical Prosthetist Acceptable for 2-8 weeks of regular business travel across the country (locations: Kanpur, Faridabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Kerala, Bangalore, Mumbai, etc.) The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work Knowledge on resolving design and functional issues arising in the course of a project Good verbal and written communicator in English Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision Standard computer skills: Word, Excel, email, online communication tools (slack, etc.) Communicate in Telugu,Marathi, and Kannada depending upon the geographical location.
