Job Description-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end PMS operational processes in coordination with Fund Management, Sales & Service, and Custody teams.
  • Develop, maintain, monitor, and periodically review operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient PMS operations.
  • Ensure seamless information flow to distributors and act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational and product-related queries from the sales team and their partners.
  • Operationalize strategic objectives into effective operational plans to support achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure implementation and ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements, including system and process development, regulatory reporting, SEBI filings, and regulatory audits.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through the design and implementation of new systems and operational enhancements.
  • Manage internal audits and ensure adherence to group-level governance and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team and other group departments for new product launches and related operational readiness.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and authenticity of operational data on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ensure timely regularization of all pending discrepancies within committed timelines and adherence to the Clean Desk Policy.
  • Review existing processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and overall stakeholder experience.

Desired Skillsets :

  • CA, MBA, Graduate, or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in PMS Operations or with organizations handling similar asset classes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on effective stakeholder management.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented attitude. Self-starter with high energy and initiative.
  • Professional credibility with high standards of integrity. Resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities.
