PMS EXECUTIVE:

PMS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    entire PMS cycle

    including goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure KRAs/KPIs are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and publish performance dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for management.
  • Facilitate appraisal discussions, calibration meetings, and ensure fair evaluation practices.
  • Support talent development, competency mapping, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives linked with performance outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and industry practices in the pharma/manufacturing sector.

Key Skills:

  • End-to-end PMS handling (goal setting, appraisals, reviews, KPIs/KRAs).
  • Strong knowledge of

    pharma/manufacturing HR practices

    .
  • HR analytics, data interpretation & reporting.
  • Proficiency in

    HRMS / PMS tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint

    .
  • Excellent communication, facilitation & stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and detail orientation.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years of relevant PMS experience

    in the

    pharma/manufacturing industry

    (mandatory).
  • Ability to independently manage performance management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
