Role & responsibilities : Job Descriptions for Program Management(PMO) Site Based Head PMO The Head PMO is responsible for overseeing the entire program management office for the mixed-use development project. Key responsibilities include: -Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across all high-rise residential projects. - SPOC to all stake holders - Detailed planning and scheduling of construction activities. - Weekly tracking and reorganization of activities/resources. - Daily site visits to check progress and alignment with the project schedule. - Monthly tracking of Baseline Master Schedule with delay analysis and risk assessment. - Establishing a robust communication system for uninterrupted information flow. - Preparing periodic meeting schedules and managing stakeholder communications. - Conducting weekly project progress review meetings and distributing minutes. - Preparing and submitting daily, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports, including safety, quality, and progress aspects. - Maintaining proper documentation in coordination with the project team for IMS and ESG requirements. - Preparing and managing risk management, change management, and issue resolution. - Following up on RFIs and managing design change processes. - Working out effective logistics plans and demarcating storage areas. - Monitoring resources mobilized by contractors and suppliers, and taking necessary steps to meet commitments. - Ensuring compliance with statutory/authority requirements. - Coordinating periodical audits of schedule management, EHS, and quality. - Preparing and submitting the final project report and coordinating for the financial control sheet. - Collecting as-built drawings and documentation from contractors. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus. 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in high-rise residential real estate projects and in PMO department. PMC background is preferable. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project lifecycle, and real estate development processes. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
