PMO Sr Analyst

Role Summary

ROLE PROFILE

• Manage the project portfolio to align with business goals and maximize value realization.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and governance adherence, identifying risks and trends.
• Define and implement portfolio management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards to visualize project and portfolio performance.
• Support resource allocation and utilization, flagging conflicts or capacity issues.
• Facilitate demand requests, oversee assessments, and ensure mandatory artifacts are provided.
• Organize PMO meetings, such as Demand Review Board and Demand Prioritization sessions.
• Lead training initiatives to enhance PMO capabilities and support strategic planning efforts.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles.
• 2 years in a senior analyst position managing complex projects or portfolios.
• Expertise in resource management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management.
• Creating executive-level reports and presentations.
