Job Description

 
  • General project management - maintain comprehensive tracking of and deadlines across all activities and deliverables for HBO, including:
    • Initiative tracking - DocuSign, SVRO/TO deliverables, execution milestones/release schedules, value realization
    • Reporting cycle schedule
    • SLT/Gail/Board/Staff Meetings
    • Talent strategy activities
    • Special project timelines and milestones tracking - Project Raven, M&A activity
    • Administrative activities - Hiring requests, SIRs, workforce planning, tracking engagement and leader travel, etc.
    • Any other routine or one-off items that come up
  • Coordination - communicating asks, sending reminders, tracking receipt and review cycles for deliverables, following up as needed
  • Administrative activities - Maintain walkaround deck, chat GPT access process, CEO appreciation nominations, facilitate communications
  • Drive & Deliver a structured governing project management processes for the team.
  • Functional Knowledge in Health care domain
  • Create project portfolio reporting capabilities for leadership and senior management reviews.
  • Project Management experience using both Waterfall & Agile methodologies
  • Implement prioritization and scoring prototypes for better assessment of the projects for senior management approvals
  • Managing Risks and Issues
  • Build collaborative partnerships across multiple different teams across the organization
  • Monitoring and Reporting Progress for Senior Management
  • Automate manual processes, Dashboard setup
  • Experience in establishing, executing and building governance and controls
QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum education: bachelor s degree in engineering
  • Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements:
    • PMP or Prince certification
    • Scaled Agile Certification (Good to have)
  • Certified Appraisal Team member for SCAMPI (Good to have)
EXPERIENCE
  • 10 to 15 Years of experience in Project Management
