Responsibilities:

Onboarding Implementation:

• Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining the steps involved and setting realistic expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of new services or features for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding phase, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Customer Communication:

• Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and concise information.
• Ensure that clients receive regular updates on the status of their onboarding and migration activities.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Generate regular reports on the progress and outcomes of onboarding activities.
• Identify trends or recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement.

Migration Support:

• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for the migration process.
• Assist clients in understanding the migration process, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a successful transition of data and services during the migration.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
