Preferred candidate profile

Notice period: Immediate to 15Days or Serving notice period

Location: Hyderabad Candidates only

Education: MBA Only

Role & responsibilities

Years of Experience:

Candidate must have minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within a professional services or multinational corporation

Technical Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and PMO skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures as well as ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders on the ethics agenda
Problem solving skills and experience in generating ideas
Detail oriented
Team oriented
Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint

Other Qualifications:

A risk management or culture-driving/change background is preferred (including experience in Ethics and Compliance, Quality and Risk Management, Anti-Corruption, or similar)
Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, experience in working on projects with limited direction, and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work independently and be self-directed and responsive
Collegial team player who can work with a small team within a global, matrixed environment
Diplomacy and poise are key attributes for success
Experience preparing presentations for senior management
Ability to predict and respond to senior leadership requests/needs
