We have multiple openings for the role of PMO - Project coordinator for one of our leading Investment Banking client in Mumbai location.

Experience range : 5- 7 years

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities

The role is for PMO in the business management team under the CIB Production perimeter. The position entails liaising with the local and global teams to collate, validate and coordinate on different data points and metrics. This role will act as a relay to establish governance, build budgets, monitor headcount and prepare necessary reports for the senior management.

Direct Responsibilities

• Integral part of CIB PRODUCTION PMO and Governance team.
• MIS reporting for CIB PRODUCTION.
• Support Business Management team in day-to-day activities.
• Experience of working on Headcount monitoring, Resource Planning, forecasting and Budgeting
• Analysis of new Business reporting requirement and dashboard reports
• Coordination with different teams for data requisites for instance with HR and Internal Management teams to track Recruitment/Hiring.
• KPI Dashboard coordination, Headcount movement, tracking and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Taking care of adhoc requirement from Management Team
• Coordinate with other PMO for data collection and data reconciliation
• Ability to work with cross-divisional teams and build good working relationships.
• Mandatory good Communication skills Oral and written.
• Ability to build controls within the processes and monitor to ensure the adherence of the controls

• Person should be able to work with large data sets and build controls to receive data in a timely manner.
