- Central Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between the company's internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Program Planning: Develop and maintain the overall program plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to each task
- Communication Plan: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Stakeholder Meetings: Organize and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, including kick-offs, updates, and reviews.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop to capture stakeholder input and incorporate it into program activities.
- KPI Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the transformation program.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Benchmarking: Benchmark program performance against industry standards and best practices.
