About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

PMO Analyst (Fresher)

to join our Project Management Office. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, project coordination, and want to kick-start their career in project and program management within a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Management team in planning, scheduling, and reporting project activities.

Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.

Assist in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.

Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when needed.

Help ensure adherence to project governance standards and PMO best practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and templates.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (IT/CS), MCA/M.Sc (IT)

Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.).

Knowledge/Experience in Prompting Skills

Strong organisational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project is a plus

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment

Good to Have:

Internship or academic project experience in IT or project-related roles

Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile Foundations) is a bonus
