Role Overview

The Junior PMC will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring PEB projects from initiation to completion. This role involves close coordination with design, procurement, site execution, and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Coordinate with design and engineering teams for timely release of drawings.

Monitor material requirements and deliveries in coordination with the procurement team.

Support site teams in execution and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Track progress, highlight risks/delays, and report to the Project Manager.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.

Maintain documentation and project records (drawings, MOMs, reports, etc.).

Support client coordination and provide updates on project status.

Assist in resolving technical/site issues with guidance from senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.

0–2 years of experience in project management (freshers with PEB internship/training can apply).

Knowledge of PEB execution will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
