Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience7 to 10 years

The PMC Engineer acts as the owner’s representative, focusing on the successful delivery of the project by:

1. Quality Assurance (QA/QC):

   Enforcing all project quality standards. Conducting thorough

   site inspections

   and verifying that materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and drawings.

2. Schedule Management:

   Closely

   monitoring the project schedule

   and progress against the baseline. Identifying critical path issues, anticipating potential delays, and suggesting necessary recovery plans.

3. Bill Verification:

   Scrutinizing and certifying contractors' work measurement and

   bill submissions

   (running and final bills) to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.

4. Technical Oversight:

   Reviewing and approving technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings. Resolving day-to-day

   site technical queries

   in coordination with the design team.

5. Coordination & Reporting:

   Maintaining effective communication between the client, contractors, and design consultants. Preparing detailed and timely

   progress reports

   for senior management.

6. Safety (HSE):

   Ensuring the contractor implements and adheres to all

   Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

   protocols on site.
