PMC Engineer

As a PMC Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge in civil engineering and practical understanding to effectively manage and oversee various projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating practical knowledge of interior design to contribute towards the aesthetic appeal of the projects. - Utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD to interpret and analyze interior/civil-related drawings effectively. - Being willing to travel to Himachal and Uttarakhand, as this role requires on-site presence in different cities. - Demonstrating excellent coordination and communication skills in both Hindi and English. - Coordinating with vendors and showcasing strong negotiation skills to ensure project requirements are met efficiently. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC). - Proficiency in English language. Please note that this is a full-time position with the flexibility of working evening, morning, or rotational shifts, including weekends.
