Job Description

Teamcenter PLM and CAD applications support (L2, L3): Incidents and Service Requests using Service Now portal based on ITIL process.
User access management: create and maintain accounts in Teamcenter PLM.
Projects: Support PLM and CAD implementation projects in testing and validation activities on new software implementations, upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes.
Problems management: Resolve incidents and drive root cause analysis and problem management to permanently resolve issues.
Seize opportunities: Identify critical issues and take responsibility for successful resolution of issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Information Technology with 2-4 years of total work experience.
Good knowledge of Teamcenter basic modules, RAC, AWC, T4S, dispatcher.
Certification in ITIL. Azure DevOps is a plus.
Pro-active, accountable and solution-oriented attitude, Team oriented, with ability to act independently & good Communication skills.
