PLM Support Engineer

You will be working as a PLM Support Engineer for a leading Indian multinational IT services and consulting firm. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong experience in PLM Product Lifecycle Management framework and tools - Understanding the use of PLM applications for product design and manufacturing - Knowledge in Bill of Material Change Management, BMIDE Access Management, Utilities, and Templates - Installation, Configuration, Deployments, and Reports related tasks - Strong understanding of PLM framework Architecture - Experience in rich client server and utility development - Providing second level support for specific products and technology components - Coordinating problem resolution with third parties - Overseeing daily operations of representatives handling customer accounts - Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships - Utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members - Experience in support projects and awareness in SLA Governance - Providing user support in a global multi-discipline environment - Working with customers to understand their requirements - Coordinating support activities and identifying solutions for complex issues - Providing metrics for the support team - Ensuring data integrity and providing solutions for identified inconsistencies - Good communication skills and ability to work with users You will be part of a company that provides digital transformation, cloud computing, data analytics, enterprise application integration, infrastructure management, and application development services to over 700 clients across various industries.
