PLM Support Engineer

You have a great opportunity to join a leading Indian multinational IT services and consulting firm as a PLM Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strong support in the Product Lifecycle Management framework and tools. Your main responsibilities will include understanding the PLM application for product design and manufacturing, managing Bill of material Change Management, BMIDE Access Management, Utilities, and Templates. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Installation, Configuration, Deployments, and Reports related to PLM. A strong understanding of PLM framework Architecture is essential. Additionally, experience with rich client server and utility development will be beneficial. You will be required to provide second-level support for specific products and technology components, as well as coordinate problem resolution with third parties. As a PLM Support Engineer, you will oversee the daily operations of representatives handling customer accounts, cultivate customer relationships, and educate customers and team members on organizational products and programs. Experience in support projects, awareness in SLA Governance, and the ability to provide user support in a global multi-discipline environment are key aspects of this role. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their requirements, coordinating support activities, identifying solutions for complex issues, providing metrics for the support team, assuring data integrity, and offering solutions for any inconsistencies identified.
