Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Parker Hannifin in Navi Mumbai, your role will involve driving business development and sales of the Process platform in the country. You will be responsible for managing team members, divisions, distributors, and customers to increase market position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing strategies for focus markets, products & new markets. - Creating training programs to support distribution and Direct customers. - Designing marketing and sales promotion programs for distribution and Direct customers. - Coordinating National Account sales efforts. - Managing customer relations and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors. - Ensuring sales goals are achieved and customer satisfaction levels are met. - Identifying new revenue and margin opportunities and responding to competitor activities. - Driving application engineering to support Sales Team / Distributors for Value Selling. - Identifying exhibition and market reach opportunities for focus markets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Engineering (Chemicals) or Bachelor of Science (Biopharma). - MBA preferred. - Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience with knowledge of product applications, competition, and markets. - Experience in Oil & Gas Filtration, Industrial Process Filtration, or Life Science / Biopharma / Pharmaceutical Filtration. - Minimum 3 years of sales team management experience. - Minimum 6-7 years of Distribution Management experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized and self-motivated. - Good working knowledge of Direct and distribution models. - Proven track record of exceeding expectations. - Revenue responsibility will be approximately $6M to $8M plus.
