Platform Engineer(AWS, Devops, System Administration, linux) with New Zealand based product company, Koregaon Park, Pune.

Position – Platform Engineer-Senior

Experience – 8 to 10 Years

UK shift timings

Must be available for a 24/7 rotational shift for one week (on-call support)

Must Have Skills:-

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role as a senior engineer within a Systems Administrator and DevOps role delivering engineering and operations towards platform / infrastructure architecture with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.
• Highly skilled and mostly self-sufficient in the following
• Any Linux distribution(s). Certification is a bonus.
• AWS using IAM, VPC, EC2 and ECS both via console and CLI. Certification is a bonus.
• Highly skilled and mostly self-sufficient in Terraform. Certification is a bonus.
• Moderate to highly skilled in writing Ansible playbooks to automate server provisioning.
• Basic to moderate skills in Python scripting knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong fundamentals in technical support, with experience in troubleshooting systems from multiple areas including virtualized compute, networking and storage.
• Proven hands-on experience of the above points is essential.
• Working within ITIL service management frameworks and developing process improvements.
• Working within agile methodologies with scrum teams, sprints, and Kanban boards.
• Using Atlassian services (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Working within a Dev-Sec-Fin-Ops culture and practice.
