Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of a global and diverse culture that fosters innovation and excellence, not just professionally but also personally. Key Responsibilities: - Provision infrastructure as a service cloud computing for cloud platforms with at least 1+ years of experience, preferably with exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Utilize hands-on experience with GCP services like Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, storage, and compute resources. - Work with incident management tools and ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow. - Employ knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager for automation. - Utilize strong troubleshooting skills for resolving cloud infrastructure issues. - Have familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line tools. - Apply basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation purposes. - Understand and implement security best practices in cloud environments. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 model to ensure timely service delivery within SLAs. - Experience in a 24/7 support or managed services environment is a plus. - Demonstrated creative thinking, problem-solving skills, escalation handling, and customer success. - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally for the company's benefit. - Passion for service delivery excellence. - Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Engage directly with end users for requirements gathering and data integration solutions. - Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing challenges in platform engineering processes.,
