- 1. Production Management.
Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor feed mixing, grinding, and packing processes.
Ensure timely production as per demand and dispatch schedules.
2. Quality Control
Ensure raw materials and finished feed meet quality standards.
Coordinate with the lab for regular sampling and testing.
Maintain records of batch production and quality reports.
3. Inventory Management
Maintain stock records of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Coordinate with the store and purchase departments for inventory needs.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Implement workplace safety practices and conduct regular safety checks.
5. Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
Report issues or delays to the plant manager or senior management.
6. Cost Efficiency
Minimize wastage of raw materials and energy.
Identify areas to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
