About the Role We are hiring an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee night-shift manufacturing operations for cable and conductor production. The candidate must have prior hands-on experience in the cable and conductor industry, with strong knowledge of production processes, quality checks, and shift management. Key Responsibilities Supervise night-shift production operations for cable and conductor manufacturing. Ensure production targets are met with efficiency and minimal downtime. Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet required specifications. Oversee machine operations and coordinate with maintenance teams when issues arise. Manage and guide machine operators, helpers, and shift workers. Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality documentation. Ensure safe working practices and compliance with plant guidelines. Coordinate with day-shift supervisor for seamless operational handover. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory: Prior experience in cable and conductor manufacturing. Strong understanding of production workflow, machine operations, and quality procedures. Ability to manage a team during night shift independently. Good communication and decision-making skills. Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
