Plant Supervisor

As a Moulding Department Supervisor, your role involves supervising and leading a team of moulding machine operators and technicians to ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing moulding processes for efficiency and quality, troubleshooting machine issues, and coordinating maintenance as needed. Additionally, you will set up moulding machines, adjust parameters to maintain product quality, and oversee the installation and removal of moulds and dies. It is crucial to ensure that moulded parts conform to product specifications and quality standards while enforcing health and safety regulations in the department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and leading a team of moulding machine operators and technicians - Ensuring production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and on-time delivery - Monitoring and optimizing moulding processes for efficiency and quality - Troubleshooting machine issues and coordinating maintenance - Setting up moulding machines and adjusting parameters for product quality - Overseeing the installation and removal of moulds and dies - Ensuring moulded parts conform to specifications and quality standards - Enforcing health and safety regulations in the moulding department - Maintaining accurate production and downtime records - Training new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff - Working closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Engineering teams - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen - Ensuring proper storage and handling of moulds, tools, and raw materials Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control - Experience in a similar role is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
