About the Role We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage inventory, plan and procure machine-related parts in advance, and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling industrial store items such as machine parts, belts, bearings, consumables, and production-related materials. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining materials. Maintain accurate stock records of machine parts, belts, bearings, tools, consumables, etc. Perform advance planning for material requirements based on machine maintenance and production needs. Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase department for timely procurement of required items. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and easy retrieval of materials. Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and update stock levels in records or software. Maintain minimum stock levels (reorder levels) to avoid machine downtime. Track usage of spare parts and assist in preventive maintenance planning. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in store handling in a manufacturing or engineering unit (preferred). Knowledge of machine components like belts, bearings, motors, tools, etc. Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills. Basic knowledge of Excel or store management software. Ability to plan materials in advance and work independently. Good communication and coordination abilities.
