Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes like Idli, Dosa, Vada, Upma, Pongal, Sambhar, Rasam, etc.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
2. Menu Planning
Develop and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Innovate new dishes while maintaining traditional authenticity.
3. Quality & Hygiene
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Follow FSSAI guidelines and safety protocols.
4. Kitchen Supervision
Oversee junior kitchen staff and helpers.
Train staff in preparation and plating of South Indian dishes.
5. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and spices.
Coordinate with the purchase department for fresh supplies.
6. Customer Focus
Ensure dishes meet customer expectations.
Be open to customer feedback and continuously improve.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a South Indian cook/chef (minimum 3–5 years).
Knowledge of various South Indian regional cuisines (Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Kerala, Karnataka).
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
