Job Title: South Indian Chef

Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • South Indian vegetarian dishes

  • Develop new vegetarian South Indian recipes and enhance existing menu items.

  • taste, consistency, and presentation

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen at all times.

  • Manage ingredient preparation, cutting, grinding, and masala-making.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the management for ingredient purchasing.

  • Train junior kitchen staff and maintain a smooth kitchen workflow.

  • Ensure proper portion control to minimize food waste.

  • FSSAI


Requirements:

  • South Indian Chef

  • Strong knowledge of authentic South Indian vegetarian cuisine.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
