Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosa varieties, idli, vada, upma, pongal, chutneys, sambar, rice items, and more.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Manage kitchen operations during assigned shift.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen area.
Ensure timely preparation of dishes during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
Follow all food safety guidelines and kitchen SOPs.
Assist in menu planning and introducing new South Indian specialties when required.
Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking methods and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in either shift (7 AM4 PM / 12 PM9 PM).
Immediate joiners preferred.
