Role Overview: As a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes in accordance with restaurant standards. - Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of South Indian spices, ingredients, and regional specialties to create authentic flavors. - Implement traditional cooking methods such as stone grinding, tempering, and steaming to maintain the authenticity of dishes. - Demonstrate excellent time management, organization, and leadership skills to coordinate kitchen activities efficiently. - Showcase creativity in menu design and food presentation to enhance the dining experience for customers.
