Job Description

As a South Indian Meals Master, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook authentic and delicious South Indian meals. You must ensure that every dish is of excellent taste and quality, and be prepared to cook additional food if it runs out during service. In addition to cooking, you will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, maintaining inventory, and upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook traditional South Indian meals with precision and authenticity - Cook extra food promptly if it gets finished during service - Ensure consistent and exceptional taste in all dishes - Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control - Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or Cook - Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques - Demonstrated ability to work diligently, reliably, and thrive under pressure - Effective communication skills and experience in team management - Strong discipline, positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a professional kitchen environment In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts and fixed shifts, with the work location being in person. Please note that this position is available in Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, and Internship job types, with a contract length of 12 months.
