Client Engagement Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a manager Client Engagement at MedVol in Chennai. The Person will be responsible for managing relationships with clients (Pharma companys sales and distribution team), client onboarding, managing escalations of senior hierarchy, coordination with multiple cross functions and ensuring systematic operations of the discount business with the right controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in key account management, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the pharma industry and distribution processes not mandatory
• Ability to analyse data and identify business gaps and improve process
• Experience with digital platforms and technology solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare business development and project management is preferred
