Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures specific to the thermal projects industry. Manage and supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and incidents effectively. Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems. Respond to security breaches and alarms, investigate and document security incidents. Prepare and maintain security budget, forecast security needs, and allocate resources accordingly. Stay updated on emerging security technologies and best practices to enhance security measures. Collaborate with external security agencies, law enforcement, and government authorities as required. Qualifications 18-25 years of experience in security management, preferably in the thermal projects industry. Demonstrated track record of implementing security strategies and managing security operations effectively. Proven experience in crisis management, risk assessment, and security planning.
