About Us:

We are launching a cutting-edge plastic pyrolysis facility in Khopoli, focused on chemical recycling of plastic through advanced thermal depolymerization technologies (pyrolysis) to convert waste into value‑added products like Light Diesel Oil(LDO), Drop-in-fuel, and Naptha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-scale plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Manage process optimization, production scheduling, preventive maintenance, and quality control.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team—operations, maintenance, safety, and supply chain.
• Enforce stringent safety standards addressing high-temperature pyrolysis risks and inert‑atmosphere control.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to enhance throughput and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and engineering partners for smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering; specialization in thermal processes, pyrolysis, or chemical recycling preferred.
• Minimum 6–12 years in plant operations/management, preferably in chemical or recycling industries.
• Proven experience managing high-temperature, hazardous processes.
• Strong leadership, process optimization, and safety compliance capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
