Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company vision and growth goals. Oversee end-to-end operations: production, logistics, safety, HR, finance, and quality assurance. Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra Position Type: Full-time, On-site About Us: We are launching a cutting-edge plastic pyrolysis facility in Khopoli, focused on chemical recycling of plastic through advanced thermal depolymerization technologies (pyrolysis) to convert waste into value‑added products like Light Diesel Oil(LDO), Drop-in-fuel, and Naptha. . Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-scale plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. Manage process optimization, production scheduling, preventive maintenance, and quality control. Lead a multidisciplinary team—operations, maintenance, safety, and supply chain. Enforce stringent safety standards addressing high-temperature pyrolysis risks and inert‑atmosphere control. Conduct data-driven analysis to enhance throughput and reduce costs. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and engineering partners for smooth operation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering; specialization in thermal processes, pyrolysis, or chemical recycling preferred.
