Your role will involve leading a team to foster a safe, productive, and high-quality manufacturing environment while achieving company objectives. - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience in a management role, with a strong understanding of plant operations. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence and achieving business goals. - Minimum 5 years experience in similar industries.
