Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment for plant-level roles and ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain attendance, payroll data, and statutory records.
Coordinate training, safety programs, and employee engagement activities.
Drive performance management and support supervisors with evaluations.
Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, hiring, training, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelors/Master’s in HR or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing; marble/stone industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and plant HR operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
