Job Description

Role Overview As the Plant HR Head, you will lead the entire HR function at our Ghaziabad facility. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce that drives operational excellence. Key Responsibilities HR Leadership: Act as the HR face of the plant; partner closely with plant heads and senior leadership. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for skilled/unskilled staff, production teams, and engineering functions. Employee Relations: Build strong shop floor relations and proactively address grievances and discipline issues. Compliance & IR: Ensure 100% statutory compliance under labour laws and liaise with regulatory authorities. HR Operations: Manage attendance, payroll interface, time office, and MIS reporting. Performance & L&D: Drive performance management, capability building and training for the plant workforce. Culture & Engagement: Foster an open, resilient, and ownership-driven work culture aligned to organizational goals. What Were Looking For Experience : 8-12 years in a plant HR role, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/aerospace sectors. Personality : Hands-on, tough, humble, and resilient with the ability to take feedback constructively. Skills: Strong command over IR, compliance, and factory act provisions. Sound knowledge of recruitment, engagement, and performance systems. Fluent in Hindi and English. Good Excel/reporting skills and MIS comfort. Why Join Us?
