Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer located in Vadodara. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the production team to enhance quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical/Production)
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Assurance practices
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration
• Experience in Quality Management systems and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Relevant industry experience (Radiator Industry) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience

15-20 years in Transformer Radiator Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Strong welding, fabrication & team leadership skills
