Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat for the position of Plant Head. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, manage production planning, ensure quality control, and handle budgeting and production management tasks. Responsibilities include leading daily operational activities, improving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the production meets quality and budgetary goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Budgeting
• Experience in Quality Control methods and practices
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Sonipat
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
