Job Description: We are a leading Polypackaging & Insulation Sales company looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our Insulation Product Sales across South India covering Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh . Machine Operation: Setup, operate and monitor Rotogravure printing machine as per job order. Conduct trial runs and adjust machine settings to ensure print quality and alignment. Change cylinders, ink trays, and substrates as required. Quality Control: Ensure printed materials meet quality specifications (registration, color matching, sharpness, etc.). Conduct visual inspection and record findings. Report any defects or deviations to the supervisor or quality department immediately. Material Handling: Load/unload rolls and manage raw material feeding. Minimize material wastage through accurate handling and monitoring. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the machine. Report any mechanical/electrical issues to the maintenance team promptly. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily production log sheets and downtime records. Record material consumption, output quantity, and rejection. Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all plant safety guidelines and PPE protocols. Keep the machine and surrounding area clean and organized. Team Coordination: Coordinate with ink kitchen, cylinder department, and helpers. Ensure timely job changeovers with minimal delay.
