You should have a BE in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics with 15 to 20 years of experience in the Beverage Manufacturing Industry. As the Plant Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase, and Finance Functions. You will be accountable for ensuring product availability meets market demand and budgeted volume targets. Additionally, you will be in charge of delivering a quality product to the market, managing plant costs and profitability, and implementing systems and processes. Key Performance Indicators for the plant will also fall under your purview. Maintaining a harmonious relationship within the plant team, following inventory norms for raw materials, packaging materials, engineering, and finished goods, handling new projects, and ensuring employee safety and asset protection are crucial aspects of this role. You will also be expected to develop the skill levels of plant employees, supporting them in achieving their targets. A detailed technical understanding of beverage manufacturing operations is essential.
